Meet the group’s founder and principal, Pam Armstrong

Pam Armstrong, MPH, MBA
Principal and Senior Health Benefits Advisor

Pam Armstrong, MPH, MBA, offers more than 20 years of experience in the health care and employee benefits fields. She brings substantial insight into the health care industry, gained from day-to-day experience representing health care organizations with employer clients. She has also worked as a benefits broker and has experience with employer clients of all sizes. Her book, Surviving Healthcare, guides consumers in getting the best quality at the best value in our complicated health care system.

As Vice President of Benefits Administration at Eos Airlines, Pam worked directly with employees to implement a highly successful, innovative health benefits package. The combination of her significant experiences combined with the knowledge she has gained now put her in a unique position to help other employers discover and implement better solutions to employee health benefits on a consulting basis.

Pam holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
